  一、概述 

    伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)作为(wei)(wei)数控机床、工(gong)业(ye)机器(qi)人及其它产业(ye)机械控制的(de)(de)关键技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)之(zhi)一,在国内(nei)外普(pu)遍(bian)受到关注。在20世纪 后(hou)10年间,微处理器(qi)(特别是(shi)数字信号处理器(qi)——DSP)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)、电(dian)力电(dian)子技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)、网络技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)、控制技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)发展为(wei)(wei)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)进一步发展奠定了良(liang)好的(de)(de)基础。如果(guo)说20世纪80年代(dai)(dai)是(shi)交(jiao)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)取代(dai)(dai)直流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)话,那么,20世纪90年代(dai)(dai)则是(shi)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)系统实(shi)现全数字化、智能化、网络化的(de)(de)10年。这一点在一些工(gong)业(ye)发达国家尤(you)为(wei)(wei)明显(xian)。 

    二、国外现状与发展趋势 

    无人化、规模化生(sheng)产(chan)对加(jia)工设备提出了高(gao)(gao)速(su)度(du)、高(gao)(gao)精度(du)、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)率的(de)要求,交流(liu)(liu)伺服(fu)系(xi)统(tong)具有(you)高(gao)(gao)响应(ying)、免(mian)维护(hu)(无碳刷、换向器(qi)等(deng)(deng)磨损元部(bu)件)、高(gao)(gao)可靠(kao)性等(deng)(deng)特(te)点(dian),正好适应(ying)了这一(yi)需求。例如,日本(ben)FANUC公司(si)、三菱电(dian)机(ji)公司(si)、安川电(dian)机(ji)公司(si)、德国Siemens公司(si)、AEG公司(si)、力(li)士乐Indramat公司(si)、美国A.B公司(si)、GE公司(si)等(deng)(deng)均先(xian)后(hou)在1984年(nian)前后(hou)将(jiang)交流(liu)(liu)伺服(fu)系(xi)统(tong)付诸实用(yong)。国内的(de)交流(liu)(liu)伺服(fu)驱动(dong)(dong)技术起步较晚,到20世纪80年(nian)代末(mo)才有(you)产(chan)品问世。如冶金部(bu)自动(dong)(dong)化研究院(yuan)华(hua)腾公司(si)的(de)ACS系(xi)列、扬州5308厂引进Siemens公司(si)的(de)610系(xi)列,这些产(chan)品采用(yong)大功率晶体管(guan)模块(GTR),属(shu)于模拟伺服(fu),但从技术上填补了国内空白(bai)。 

    进入20世纪s"年代,微电(dian)(dian)(dian)子制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)工艺的(de)日臻(zhen)完善,使得DSP运算(suan)速(su)度(du)呈几何数(shu)(shu)上升(sheng),达到了伺(si)服(fu)环路(lu)高速(su)实时(shi)控制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)要(yao)求,一(yi)些运动控制(zhi)(zhi)芯片制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)商(shang)还将(jiang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)所必需的(de)外围(wei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(如(ru)(ru)A/D转换器(qi)、位(wei)置/速(su)度(du)检测倍频计数(shu)(shu)器(qi)、PWM发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)等(deng))与DSP内(nei)核集成于一(yi)体,使得伺(si)服(fu)控制(zhi)(zhi)回(hui)路(lu)采(cai)样时(shi)间达到100µs以(yi)内(nei),由单一(yi)芯片实现自(zi)动加、减速(su)控制(zhi)(zhi),电(dian)(dian)(dian)子齿(chi)轮同步控制(zhi)(zhi),位(wei)置、速(su)度(du)、电(dian)(dian)(dian)流三环的(de)数(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)补(bu)偿(chang)控制(zhi)(zhi)。一(yi)些新的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)算(suan)法如(ru)(ru)速(su)度(du)前(qian)(qian)馈(kui)、加速(su)度(du)前(qian)(qian)馈(kui)、低通滤波、凹陷滤波等(deng)得以(yi)实现。另一(yi)方面,电(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子技术(shu)的(de)发(fa)展,使得伺(si)服(fu)系统(tong)主电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)功率元件的(de)开关频率由2~5kHz提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)到15~20kHz,1GBT(绝缘栅门双极(ji)性晶体管)及IPM(智能型功率模块(kuai))均是这一(yi)时(shi)代的(de)产物,从而提(ti)(ti)高了系统(tong)的(de)平稳性,降低了系统(tong)的(de)噪音。以(yi)上两个(ge)方面不仅(jin)是交流伺(si)服(fu)实现数(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)的(de)基础,而且使得交流伺(si)服(fu)趋(qu)于小型化(hua)。目前(qian)(qian)一(yi)些工业(ye)发(fa)达国家(jia)的(de)伺(si)服(fu)系统(tong)生(sheng)产厂家(jia)基本(ben)上均能够提(ti)(ti)供全数(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)交流伺(si)服(fu)系统(tong)或者可以(yi)与自(zi)己的(de)CNC系统(tong)相配套,如(ru)(ru)日本(ben)FANUC公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、三菱电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、安川电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、松下公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、山洋电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、德(de)国Siemens公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、力(li)士乐Indramat公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、Lenze公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、美国A.B公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、Kollmorgen公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、Relliance公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、Baldor公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、PacificScientific公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)等(deng)。 

    全数字交流伺服技(ji)术的(de)(de)飞速发展(zhan),使得(de)用(yong)(yong)户根据负载状况(如惯量(liang)、间隙、摩(mo)擦力等)调整参数更为方便(bian),也省去了(le)一些模拟(ni)回路(lu)所产生的(de)(de)漂移等不稳定(ding)因(yin)素,但在(zai)发展(zhan)初(chu)期,伺服接口缺乏统一标准,各(ge)个(ge)厂家均设计自己的(de)(de)接口电路(lu),相互之间无可互换性,用(yong)(yong)户适配较(jiao)为麻烦(fan)。在(zai)网络技(ji)术及PC-basedCNC技(ji)术快速发展(zhan)的(de)(de)情(qing)况下,这一问题尤为突出。 

    在1987年(nian),由(you)德(de)(de)国(guo)机(ji)床协会和德(de)(de)国(guo)电(dian)(dian)力(li)电(dian)(dian)子协会联(lian)合提(ti)出数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)国(guo)际标(biao)(biao)准,即SERCOS(SerialReal-timeCommunicationSystem串行(xing)实时(shi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong))接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)作(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)(wei)高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)运动(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)闭环数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)串行(xing)实时(shi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou),这两个(ge)(ge)协会将(jiang)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)、驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)、CNC系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)制造(zao)商(shang)组(zu)成一个(ge)(ge)联(lian)合工作(zuo)(zuo)组(zu)。 初加入SERCOS工作(zuo)(zuo)组(zu)的(de)公(gong)司(si)有(you)AEC、ABB、AMK、Banmuller、Bosch、Indramat、Siemens、PacificScientific等(deng)几家(jia)公(gong)司(si)。到了1994年(nian),SERCOS成为(wei)(wei)控(kong)(kong)制器与(yu)(yu)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)伺(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)的(de)国(guo)际标(biao)(biao)准并作(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)(wei)IEC61491标(biao)(biao)准获(huo)得通(tong)过(guo),因此具有(you)开放性(xing),迄今成员(yuan)已(yi)增加到70多(duo)个(ge)(ge)公(gong)司(si)。与(yu)(yu)此同时(shi),开发了相(xiang)应的(de)ASIC芯片、SERCON816,传(chuan)输速度为(wei)(wei)2/4/8/16Mbit/s,SERCOS与(yu)(yu)其(qi)它串行(xing)现(xian)场总线相(xiang)比(bi),有(you)效(xiao)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)传(chuan)输率(lv)高(gao),例如Ethement以100Mbit/s速度传(chuan)输数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)时(shi),有(you)效(xiao)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)传(chuan)输率(lv)为(wei)(wei)5~10Mbit/s;SERCOS以16Mbit/s速度传(chuan)输数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)时(shi),有(you)效(xiao)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)传(chuan)输率(lv)为(wei)(wei)11Mbit/s。CAN(controllerAreaNetwork)用(yong)于运动(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制时(shi),必须提(ti)供额外的(de)存储缓冲器及信(xin)(xin)号管(guan)理资(zi)源(yuan),其(qi)成本大约是(shi)SERCOS接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)的(de)2倍,另一个(ge)(ge)特(te)点是(shi)它的(de)光纤噪声抑制能(neng)力(li)强(qiang)(qiang)、传(chuan)输可靠(kao)性(xing)高(gao)。虽然SERCOS接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)初终是(shi)为(wei)(wei)CNC与(yu)(yu)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)伺(si)服(fu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)而(er)开发,迄今已(yi)被广泛(fan)应用(yong)于通(tong)用(yong)运动(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制器与(yu)(yu)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)伺(si)服(fu)之间的(de)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)。目前已(yi)能(neng)满足(zu)在2ms内,使一台控(kong)(kong)制器与(yu)(yu)多(duo)达(da)32个(ge)(ge)伺(si)服(fu)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)实现(xian)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)据(ju)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)。SERCOS为(wei)(wei)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)伺(si)服(fu)网(wang)络化铺就了一条宽阔大道(dao),可以预见,在不远(yuan)的(de)将(jiang)来,带(dai)有(you)SERCOS接(jie)(jie)(jie)口(kou)(kou)的(de)伺(si)服(fu)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)将(jiang)会进入家(jia)庭、办公(gong)室、工厂车间乃至各个(ge)(ge)与(yu)(yu)伺(si)服(fu)应用(yong)相(xiang)关的(de)领域。力(li)士乐Indramat公(gong)司(si)在1999年(nian)之所以占据(ju)北(bei)美伺(si)服(fu)驱(qu)(qu)动(dong)(dong)市(shi)场10.5%的(de)份额、位居(ju)第一位,一方面(mian)是(shi)该(gai)公(gong)司(si)在应用(yong)工程、销售(shou)、服(fu)务及用(yong)户(hu)支持方面(mian)的(de)加强(qiang)(qiang),另一个(ge)(ge)主(zhu)要(yao)因素是(shi)承(cheng)诺开放结构——SERCOS。 

    轻质(如(ru)铜、木材(cai)、铝(lv)(lv)合(he)金等)、复合(he)材(cai)料在汽车、家电(dian)(dian)、AF业中的(de)大量使用(yong),对(dui)(dui)高(gao)(gao)速、高(gao)(gao)效加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)新的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。为了(le)(le)适(shi)应(ying)这一(yi)(yi)需(xu)求(qiu),一(yi)(yi)些工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)业发(fa)达国(guo)家相(xiang)继推出(chu)直线电(dian)(dian)机(ji)、高(gao)(gao)速主(zhu)轴(zhou)电(dian)(dian)机(ji),而(er)(er)且付诸实(shi)用(yong)。对(dui)(dui)于(yu)直线电(dian)(dian)机(ji)而(er)(er)言,其控(kong)制技(ji)(ji)术与传(chuan)统的(de)交流伺(si)(si)服电(dian)(dian)机(ji)相(xiang)差(cha)不多,但由于(yu)直线电(dian)(dian)机(ji)本身(shen)没(mei)有转(zhuan)子(zi)等转(zhuan)动(dong)体,因而(er)(er)本身(shen)惯量小,所以具(ju)有高(gao)(gao)动(dong)态响应(ying)性,而(er)(er)检测元件(jian)(jian)直接安装(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)机(ji)械一(yi)(yi)侧,从(cong)(cong)而(er)(er)检测工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作台(tai)的(de)位(wei)移,也(ye)避(bi)免了(le)(le)旋转(zhuan)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)在方向改变时所存在的(de)换向间隙,满足了(le)(le)高(gao)(gao)速、高(gao)(gao)精(jing)密(mi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)对(dui)(dui)伺(si)(si)服驱动(dong)系统的(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。从(cong)(cong)IMTS’2000展览会来看,一(yi)(yi)些工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)业发(fa)达国(guo)家在高(gao)(gao)速加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)术方面处于(yu)领(ling)先水平,IBAG公司已向业界提(ti)供(gong)0.125~185kW, 高(gao)(gao)转(zhuan)速为14,000r/min的(de)系列化高(gao)(gao)速内装(zhuang)(zhuang)式主(zhu)轴(zhou)系统,径(jing)向、轴(zhou)向重复精(jing)度小于(yu)1µm,电(dian)(dian)机(ji)轴(zhou)承有混合(he)陶瓷(ci)轴(zhou)承、液静压轴(zhou)承、磁(ci)浮轴(zhou)承三(san)种,采用(yong)水管冷(leng)却,且内置位(wei)置传(chuan)感(gan)器供(gong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心(xin)ATC之(zhi)用(yong)。主(zhu)轴(zhou)驱动(dong)采用(yong)矢(shi)量变频技(ji)(ji)术,已在模具(ju)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、高(gao)(gao)精(jing)密(mi)电(dian)(dian)极加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、铝(lv)(lv)质零件(jian)(jian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、高(gao)(gao)精(jing)度磨(mo)削加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等领(ling)域广泛应(ying)用(yong),Fisher公司也(ye)有类似产品。 

    三、国内现状与发展趋势 

    我(wo)国(guo)(guo)(guo)在(zai)(zai)20世(shi)纪(ji)80年(nian)(nian)代初期通过引进(jin)(jin)(jin)、消化、吸(xi)收国(guo)(guo)(guo)外(wai)(wai)先(xian)进(jin)(jin)(jin)技术(shu),又(you)(you)在(zai)(zai)国(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)“七(qi)五(wu)”、“八(ba)五(wu)”、“九五(wu)”期间(jian)对伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)驱动(dong)技术(shu)进(jin)(jin)(jin)行重(zhong)大(da)(da)科(ke)技项(xiang)目攻关(guan)(guan)取(qu)(qu)得(de)(de)了(le)(le)很(hen)大(da)(da)成(cheng)果(guo)。但由于(yu)产(chan)品(pin)可靠性等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)原因,制约着我(wo)国(guo)(guo)(guo)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)配套(tao)(tao)(tao)及(ji)应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),从(cong)(cong)而(er)(er)影响我(wo)国(guo)(guo)(guo)装(zhuang)备制造业的(de)(de)发(fa)展(zhan)。一(yi)(yi)些机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)家(jia)也(ye)不(bu)得(de)(de)不(bu)选用(yong)(yong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)外(wai)(wai)的(de)(de)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),使(shi)得(de)(de)国(guo)(guo)(guo)产(chan)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)在(zai)(zai)价格(ge)、交(jiao)(jiao)货期、可靠性等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)均不(bu)占优势,更无(wu)心力(li)开(kai)(kai)发(fa)市(shi)场需(xu)求的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)品(pin)种,从(cong)(cong)而(er)(er)失去巨大(da)(da)的(de)(de)市(shi)场份(fen)额。从(cong)(cong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)开(kai)(kai)的(de)(de)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)计资料来(lai)看,CNC系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中75%以(yi)上的(de)(de)故障出(chu)自(zi)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)部分(fen)。然而(er)(er),近年(nian)(nian)来(lai)在(zai)(zai)国(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)不(bu)断组织科(ke)技攻关(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)同时,一(yi)(yi)些民营高(gao)科(ke)技公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)也(ye)为发(fa)展(zhan)我(wo)国(guo)(guo)(guo)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)驱动(dong)技术(shu)注入了(le)(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)活(huo)力(li)。例(li)如北京(jing)中宝伦(lun)自(zi)动(dong)化技术(shu)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)在(zai)(zai)国(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)没(mei)有投入一(yi)(yi)分(fen)钱的(de)(de)情况下,以(yi)市(shi)场为导向(xiang)(xiang),不(bu)断开(kai)(kai)发(fa)新(xin)(xin)产(chan)品(pin),1994年(nian)(nian)开(kai)(kai)发(fa)成(cheng)功PDC系(xi)(xi)列(lie)直(zhi)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),扭(niu)矩(ju)(ju)从(cong)(cong)1N•m至(zhi)44.1N•m共有七(qi)个规(gui)格(ge)的(de)(de)宽调速直(zhi)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)际(ji)上 新(xin)(xin)一(yi)(yi)代的(de)(de)功率器件——IPM、PWM控(kong)制,调制频率达到(dao)15kHz,有效(xiao)地克(ke)服(fu)(fu)了(le)(le)以(yi)往SCR控(kong)制时电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)断续所(suo)产(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)换向(xiang)(xiang)火花对于(yu)换向(xiang)(xiang)器的(de)(de)烧蚀,可使(shi)碳刷寿命延长1倍以(yi)上。1997年(nian)(nian)底该(gai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)又(you)(you)开(kai)(kai)发(fa)成(cheng)功PAC系(xi)(xi)列(lie)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),与(yu)兰州电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)引进(jin)(jin)(jin)德(de)国(guo)(guo)(guo)Siemens公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)1FT5系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)94个规(gui)格(ge)的(de)(de)无(wu)刷交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)相配套(tao)(tao)(tao)。转速系(xi)(xi)列(lie)有1,200r/min、2,000r/min、3,000r/min、4,000r/min、4,500r/min、6,000r/min,扭(niu)矩(ju)(ju)范围0.15~90N·;2000年(nian)(nian)11月又(you)(you)根(gen)据市(shi)场需(xu)求,开(kai)(kai)发(fa)出(chu)PAC-P系(xi)(xi)列(lie)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化位(wei)置型(xing)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。这些产(chan)品(pin)推向(xiang)(xiang)市(shi)场后,取(qu)(qu)得(de)(de)了(le)(le)很(hen)好的(de)(de)社会效(xiao)益(yi)及(ji)经济效(xiao)益(yi),得(de)(de)到(dao)北京(jing)第一(yi)(yi)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)、清华大(da)(da)学(xue)精(jing)密仪器厂(chang)(chang)(chang)、青海(hai)第一(yi)(yi)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)等(deng)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)家(jia)认(ren)可,与(yu)XA5750滑枕铣(xian)床(chuang)、XA718立式(shi)铣(xian)床(chuang)、XA2412/2410龙门铣(xian)床(chuang)和XKA5032数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)立式(shi)铣(xian)床(chuang)、数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)异型(xing)螺杆铣(xian)床(chuang)、XKA8132/8140数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)铣(xian)床(chuang)等(deng)配套(tao)(tao)(tao)。除此之外(wai)(wai),也(ye)应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)复合材(cai)料成(cheng)型(xing)机(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)、汽(qi)车(che)子(zi)午胎一(yi)(yi)段(duan)、二段(duan)成(cheng)型(xing)及(ji)裁断机(ji)(ji)(ji)械(xie)、卫(wei)星(xing)风洞群(qun)控(kong)制、电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)元(yuan)件材(cai)料切割(ge)、编带等(deng)领域。目前,近200台(tai)应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)国(guo)(guo)(guo)内(nei)各(ge)大(da)(da)汽(qi)车(che)子(zi)午胎生(sheng)产(chan)线,每(mei)日24h连续运(yun)行。除在(zai)(zai)国(guo)(guo)(guo)内(nei)应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)外(wai)(wai),从(cong)(cong)1997年(nian)(nian)开(kai)(kai)始,该(gai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)部分(fen)产(chan)品(pin)由北京(jing)第一(yi)(yi)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)配套(tao)(tao)(tao)出(chu)口到(dao)德(de)国(guo)(guo)(guo)、加拿(na)大(da)(da)、澳大(da)(da)利亚等(deng)国(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)。从(cong)(cong)1994年(nian)(nian)至(zhi)今(jin)售出(chu)将近1000台(tai)套(tao)(tao)(tao)交(jiao)(jiao)/直(zhi)流(liu)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),几年(nian)(nian)来(lai)无(wu)一(yi)(yi)台(tai)返修,根(gen)据该(gai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)记录数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)来(lai)看,只有8台(tai)均由于(yu)用(yong)(yong)户(hu)(hu)接线错(cuo)误而(er)(er)导致(zhi)保险(xian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、电(dian)(dian)(dian)源回路(lu)及(ji)接口元(yuan)器件烧坏。使(shi)用(yong)(yong)中宝伦(lun)产(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)户(hu)(hu)改(gai)(gai)变(bian)了(le)(le)对于(yu)国(guo)(guo)(guo)产(chan)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)可靠性不(bu)好的(de)(de)看法(fa)。华中数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、珠峰(feng)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、航天(tian)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中科(ke)院电(dian)(dian)(dian)工所(suo)等(deng)单(dan)位(wei)通过实施国(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)科(ke)技项(xiang)目攻关(guan)(guan),已能够(gou)向(xiang)(xiang)各(ge)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)制造厂(chang)(chang)(chang)配套(tao)(tao)(tao)自(zi)身数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)所(suo)需(xu)要的(de)(de)伺(si)(si)(si)服(fu)(fu)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),还应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)一(yi)(yi)些老设备技术(shu)改(gai)(gai)造。洛(luo)阳轴(zhou)承研究所(suo)自(zi)主研发(fa)高(gao)速电(dian)(dian)(dian)主轴(zhou),已应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)轴(zhou)承磨床(chuang)、印刷电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)板铣(xian)、钻等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)。
